Hotel O by OYO BLUE DIAMOND STAY Noida's Finest

"Fraud: So I made a booking through oyo, paid the confirmation amount and when I reached the hotel (6am) they refused about the booking and said room isn’t available. My mobile was at2% and it died while talking to customer care, they weren’t helpful at all. I had to walk kilometres to find a room. I’ve tried calling oyo many times, all they do either hang up the call or put on hold. I’ll suggest not to book your hotels from oyo. Also there was a vacant room in the hotel but the manager refused."
